Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Cloyingly sweet with lots of soggy bread and rotten apple flavor. Almost dumped it. Still has good bubbles and enough acidity though. I wonder if they harvested early for this high acidity at the expense of flavor. Whatever the case, among the five worst Champagnes I’ve had. Too bad as it was for celebrating my wife’s new music video.
