Wednesday, August 10, 2016 - PnP... gained some complexity over time with the addition of air. Refined nose of sour cherry, tobacco, leather, eucalyptus, camphor, black currant and cedar on the backend. I'd say Med body with good tannin grip, but not over the top - overall pretty balanced with nice acidity and decent length. This wine has a lot of potential, but needs 3-6 years of aging.
