Thursday, June 14, 2018 - Another wine from Pierre Yves Colin Morey that went wonderfully well with shrimp and crab. As all PYCM wines are, this was bright, fresh, expressive and balanced with just the right acidity, a lovely pallet of citrus and crushed limestone and a nice long finish. Sadly, this was my last bottle of this wine.
