Saturday, May 5, 2018 - Medium yellow in color. Slightly advanced nose shows citrus poached orchard pit fruits, yellow flowers, honey and hint of caramel. Round and fleshy in the mouth with honey poached peaches/ripe pears, caramel, medium acidity and a short finish redolent of minerals and flowers.
