Wednesday, January 27, 2021 - Crimson in color but showing some age as it runs out to the rim. A gorgeous nose roses and cherries with some forest floor after some time in the glass. The palate was still fresh and balanced with dried roses and mushrooms.

This was lovely and aging gracefully!
