Friday, July 18, 2014 - PnP Seemed to have some VA immediately upon opening. Set aside bottle and glass to revisit in a couple hours. The air and 67F serving temp really transformed this bottle into something very enjoyable. As other tasters have mentioned this is a lighter style but still with a new world texture and mouthfeel. Lots of dark red fruits, roasted cacao beans, and a dash of baking spices. Glorious balance. Showed best the end of the night.
