Friday, March 30, 2012 - Served at cellar temp, PnP. Simple nose, some riesling fruit and apple and something a bit greener, maybe kiwi but very light. Nice feel on the palate, the bubbles provide nice lift to the apple flavors, the bubbles help provide a crushed pill finish. Overall simple but delicious and refreshing. On par with other sparkling rieslings I have had but more balanced.
