Saturday, August 2, 2014 - Big & bold with full fruit forward but not sweet, it's complex. A short decant helped smooth it out and the grippy tannins were subdued on second day. There is a lot of peppery notes which I like and a slight bitter aftertaste I'm not sure I do . Overall I feel there is good quality, robust flavor snd lots to enjoy. I might rate this vintage 89.
