Friday, December 30, 2022 - This was drinking again beautifully. No dusty notes upon opening this time but rather restrained and thin. Then again blossomed after 1 or 2 hours of air in the bottle, gained some weight and body. Well alive, dried cherries, autumn leaves with some minerality. Good acidic structure. Excellent
