Sunday, December 4, 2016 - A very dry sparkling wine, very clean on the nose, slight hint of petrol and bright green tree fruit.

On the palette, very dry, deep green apple, pear and hint of blueberry.
Amazing value for those that do not like champagne, but want to enjoy a wonderful starter drink.
