Wednesday, August 22, 2012 - Two Burgundy lovers and their weekend in Napa Valley (SF/NAPA): Right before bottling. Guess they split up the To Kalon this year between North and South. The north is LIGHT years ahead of the south. Has this beautiful texture to it with ripe tannins and sweet dark fruit with a touch of cigar. Really nice to-kalon, might be my favorite of the trip.
