Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Still has a lot of acidity and has turned from that bright citrus it usually has young to a bit more stone fruit. A little more body and has for lack of a better description “salinity” or “ocean air” type feel. We have had this every two years since release and this is the best it’s showed since the first two times we tasted since release.
