Saturday, October 4, 2014 - Dark red-garnet color. Nose is elegant of ripe fruit, roasted grape skin, touch of American oak. Soft tannin and balanced acidity. Musky ripe roasted sour cherry pie flavor. Easy drinking and fully mature. Short finish but I don't care. Any $6.99 wine from this vintage that shows this well was exceptionally well made and fairly priced. Bottle #5 of six. Alcohol: 13.5%
