Thursday, July 6, 2023 - - Nose: Present and full-bodied nose, jumping out, lots of Cabernet aromas of peppers, spices, tomatoes. Rather dark fruity, black pepper. Unfortunately, there is also a little too much coffee and some black chocolate. Fleshy and leathery tendencies are also developing, not yet over the top, but I wouldn't necessarily give it another 5 years!!
- Palate: The tannins are polished but still give enough grip. For me personally, the lightness and acidity are somewhat lacking. Very suitable with food, almost a little too heavy on its own. The length is outstanding in return.
