Friday, February 16, 2024 - Deep ruby-red. Took 20 minutes to open up in the glass after opening. Black raspberries, blackberries, black currants, mocha and licorice in the nose with hints of spice. Deep complex black fruits in the flavor, blackberries and black cherries. Perfectly balanced, great mouthfeel and nice structure and complexity and a long silky finish. A great food wine.
