Friday, November 1, 2013 - Shocked that the last note on this wine is from 2008. Wine has great acidity still and is well balanced with a beautiful CdP nose and a great long finish. Garnet color. Spice on the nose and a little pepper on the finish. My drinking window for this says 2014, but I have 6 bottles that I think I will enjoy over the next 2-3 yrs. Texier continues to impress me and I am glad that I laid his wines down. Def saving for a burg / rhone dinner.
