Monday, June 25, 2012 - 2010 Pichler Fest (Sun Wah BBQ - Chicago, IL): Decanted for 13 hours prior to serving. Loved the floral notes on this wine - while the florals gave it the facade of a feminine delicate wine, the firm peppery belly makes you take notice. Mouthfeel is super silky here, but the flavor is cranked up to an 11. Loads of melon, pear, and white pepper throughout.
