Sunday, October 26, 2014 - Medium garnet color. Moderate viscosity, intense aromatics of red fruit/ hard candy with strong vegetal/ bell pepper component. Moderate silky tannins, full in the mouth. Moderate(+)finish with good acidity. I can definitely see the previously noted comparison with cab franc, would have been my guess as well. I am getting a lot more out of this wine than previous tasters have, maybe its coming into its own now
