Monday, July 23, 2012 - Simply beautiful... Elegant, mineral laced dark, ripe, red fruit, with layers of florals, black pepper, anise and exotic, ground spices... Medium body, with dusty, dry tannins and a juicy acidity... No slouch in the structure department... Drinkable now, though would be interesting to follow this wine for 5 years or so... The 33% Carignan included in this wine is evident and pronounced. I love it!!! Classic Roussillon... Yum!!! Great QPR!
