Sunday, December 25, 2022 - My last couple of bottles have been oxidised, this was really good. A deep golden colour. There was a bit of toasty development and plenty of lime butter notes. In the mouth it had custard apple and aforementioned lime butter. It was full and intense and finished with slatey mineral. Length was fabulous.
