Friday, March 15, 2024 - This was a gorgeous wine from its bright copper-gold colour, through its citrus marmalade, tropical fruit and Manuka-honeyed nose to its creamy botrytis-infused palate with just enough racy acidity to keep it light on its feet. Perfectly judged sweetness. And no rush to drink yet either. Yum.
