Friday, December 29, 2023 - Clear purple in colour. Notes of cassis, baking spice, and leather. Med acidity, med body, elegant tannins. It was aging nicely. The acidity and tannin structure in Nota Bene give these wines life. Anyone who doesn't think BC wines cannot age, have not tried enough BC Wines.
