94 Points

Wednesday, June 20, 2018 - Opened by WineSparty. This South facing mountain vineyard has Burgundian spacing (rows 6 ft. apart and plants every 4 ft.). Ruby color. A light to medium bodied Pinot Noir (lighter than I expected). This was the first time I have had a wine from this producer. More of a feminine style and elegant. Silky tannins with notes of bing cherries, chalk and smoky plums. You can tell the grapes come from cooler hillside fruit based on the style. Some salinity on the finish. Excellent. 94 points.
