Sunday, November 18, 2012 - Nice rather full bodies Gewuerztraminer. Dominating fruit is gooseberry with some sweetness and only subtle acidity. Slightly zesty, peppery mouth. Overall a relatively warm Traminer. Had it with Dorade which was nice but would have preferred some more minerality and acidity with this food - wine would go even better with some more creamy food such as potato gratin.
