Aromas of plum and mushroom, extending to the palate, with the addition of an intriguing complexity found in a champagne finely balanced between youth and age. Balance is found too in the acidity, creating a full-bodied and creamy champagne that never feels heavy. One of the best champagnes I've had in a very long time.
