Saturday, September 22, 2012 - VW cab tasting: Dense and dark. On the nose cocoa and dark chocolate but this turns into bay leaf and later into spearmint, quite interesting. On the palate this has a lot of cool dark fruits and chocolatey flavors. Very good sneaky, fine grained tannins. Good structure, becomes juicier with time.
