Wednesday, January 2, 2013 - Color: Very pale gold. Nose: Very reticent white peach, citrus and minerals. Palate: Intense, tight acidity seems to be hiding nectarine, lemon curd and marzipan. I do not have enough experience with Huet to know how this will play out over time. This certainly seems like a youthfully imploded wine that I imagine will open up and show more complexity. As it is, I am enjoying the wine quite a bit, but I have to bet that my score will go up on return visits. 91 (+)
