Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - The nose is a little tight, but swirling teases out scents of honey, ripe apple, grapefruit, rocks. The palate starts with lean fruit but carries forth with vibrant acidity. Some flavors of honey, lemon and tangerine. This is clearly a wine of elegance and pedigree, but the lean fruit makes it less than totally satisfying at this young age.
