Monday, January 19, 2015 - Beautiful frame of acidity and structure off of which hangs beautiful fruit with candied apples, a touch of marzipan and chiselled minerals. Elegant and opens up in the glass beautifully after an hour. Will age for years, but actually a beauty right now.
