Monday, February 28, 2022 - Colour is still good, not looking old - has a tinge of green to it
Beautiful florally nose
Palate is really good - kind of in a middle-zone between young and developed riesling - has a really good rounded mouthfeel that you don't get with young riesling
A good zing of acidity to it at the end - lemon/lime/sherbert and green apple skin on your teeth
Really well balanced wine. I reckon it will cellar another few years but I'm liking it now
