Monday, April 17, 2023 - My first Liquid Farm wine. Impressive! Quite acidic, tart apple, lime, citrus zest, stone fruit (peaches, nectarines), honeyed pear, minerals and some spice. Just enough vanilla and oak to provide contrast. Long, long finish. Fantastic.
