Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Pours a pale 10k gold. Nice mousse but sparse bubble action in glass. Nose is gorgeous, baked lemon meringue pie, slight pear and guava. Palate is luscious, lemon, pineapple juice, honey, vanilla. Acid is medium high, and sings with food (lemon tilapia), also cuts any of the sweetness and leads to 15 second finish. Ending reminds me of cotton candy aftertaste/fragrant light caramel.
