Thursday, May 24, 2018 - Post Tyrrell's Dinner @ GC: Disgorged 30/10/2012. 100% Pinot noir. Ginger and bruised apple, cherry and nutty elements. Nice moderate oxidative character with good acidity and freshness on the palate through the great acid cut. Like the style and the position this is sitting in now.
