Sunday, January 17, 2021 - Dark black purple color with some early separation at the rim. Not highly aromatic but some strawberry, leather, and blackberries. Fully mature and ready to consume now. May last a few more years but doubt it will improve from where it is now (in fact it may be on the downward side after peaking).
