Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Noise with granite and hint of green apple, ballenced acidity with full body silky palate. Long finish with high acidity. Very refreshing for warm sunny afternoon paring with soft cheese and dry-fruit chips. Closer to Chablis than California Chardonnay. Last bottle in my cellar. Wish for more.
