Wednesday, February 11, 2009 - Bright medium ruby/purple. Sweet red cherry fruit, vanilla and rich earth on the nose. Similar red cherry fruit on the palate, some rich slightly earthy oak, but melds quite well, attractive fresh acidity, chewy but not overly firm tannins and a slight note of chocolate on the good length finish. Enjoyed this.
