Friday, May 2, 2014 - Dark violet colour.
Pretty fragrant mineral nose with aromas of blackberries and something that can be described as indian gooseberry sauce, or so.
At this point, wine showed one of the driest tannins ever I've experimented, quite woody, acidic to the bone. That's not a real pleasure to be drink this, I promise.
A fresh bolognese pasta tried to pair it.
Gonna give time to the rest of my half case.

De color violeta oscuro.
Nariz mineral bastante fragante con aromas a frutillos negros y a algo que puede ser descrito como salsa de grosella india, o así.
En este momento, el vino mostró unos de los taninos más secos que nunca haya experimentado, bastante amaderado, ácido hasta la médula. No es un placer beber esto, lo prometo.
Una pasta fresca a la boloñesa trató de acompañarlo.
Voy a darle tiempo al resto de mi media caja.
