Monday, July 25, 2011 - Very mild cab, not bold like other napa cabs. More like a merlot blend that would pair nicely with a little lighter grilled fare vs. Steak. Nice oak on the nose that's faintly sweet, tobacco esque. Sweet flavor of plum or something similar in taste and extremely smooth. Very solid. Definitely recommend.
