Sunday, December 22, 2013 - Very pale lemony color with small, moderate bubbles. Dry, light and easy to drink. We had it with mild, tasty soft cheeses (hostess didn't remember names), but my sense is that it would pair well with many foods. Refreshing minerality, smooth. This is not one of the toasty, creamy sparklers Donna prefers, but it remains one of our favorites.
