Wednesday, September 7, 2022 - Good looking bottle, nice fill. The bottle had been stood up, cork duly fell in. Ripped the foil off and got stuck into it and it did not disappoint. There was some smoked meats, Hoisin and moss to begin with. With air wild strawberry fruit appeared and there was black earth, rose petals and freshly grated ginger. Structural elements are completely resolved and the fruits have a lightly honeyed quality. It is silky and full and quite beautiful, with a persistent finish that fans out.
