Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - Christie's Dinner After HdB Tasting (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Two more bottles opened tonight, both again from the Charlie Trotters cellar. First was very advanced and tired. Second was much better to start with ripe and age appropriate stone fruit aromas and flavors. Very charming when first poured, this was very good for 15 minutes, then started a slow decline, but still good when finished at the one hour mark.
