Friday, October 17, 2014 - Interesting citrus aromas - grapefruit, candied orange, lime, along with pear, peach, white flower. That and almond, pepper and a very salty minerality on the palate. High acidity (not for a Gruner), medium+ body. The finish is a little herbal/bitter almond, and the acidity and minerality linger for a long time. Gorgeous texture, nice balance, long finish, unique salty minerality.
