Decanted 1-2 hours and drank over the next 2 hours. Wine really shows on the 3rd hour onwards. Expressive nose of red and dark fruits, peppers, sweet spices and violet notes. Sweet notes of raspberries, plums and dark fruits on the entry. On the mid palate, notes of vanilla,tobacco, roasted nuts, chocolate unveil. The wine is medium bodied with smooth chewy tannins. Respectable on the finish. Recommended with a lengthy decant.
