Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Slow Ox for 2 hours. Was the WOTN as part of a blind tasting of 8 different varietals. Tempranillo is one of my favorite grapes and this one hits the sweet spot. Deep Purple color. Dark fruits, chocolate, spices. Big layered wine with long finish and perfect balance. Drinking very well right now, already throwing off a lot of sediment. Just great juice.
