Sunday, April 5, 2020 - Bing cherry, cigar tobacco, leather, sage.

Signature whole cluster spice seems to carry the wines broght punchy aromatics.

Entry is soft and aged. Fine grain tannin seem to be fallong apart, but kirsch and and coco flavors are still electrified by the acidity. There is still a beating heart core of concentration. Pretty damn good effort.
