Sunday, April 19, 2020 - This didn't quite measure up to my expectations: When I first opened it, there was a blast of mouth-cleansing, electric acidity. After an hour or so in the decanter, the acidity had calmed down, but the wine seemed a little chunky, stemmy and monolithic, and it never really emerged again. It was like having a brief sighting of a bobcat, and then spending the rest of the evening waiting in vain for it to emerge again from its lair.
