Saturday, September 7, 2019 - Pontet Canet tasting and dinner with Alfred Tesseron.

Certainly one of the better 2011’s I’ve had. Drinks nicely early considering 2011 was not a stellar vintage.

The body is lean. The fruits are bright and ripe. Lean blackberries, lots of both cherries, strawberries, strong presence of dark spice with heat, crushed dry rocks, clay and bright fresh florals.
