Wednesday, January 22, 2014 - UGC 2011 (The Drake Hotel - Chicago, IL): In a sea of heavyweights, Cantemerle drinks more like a featherweight. Like other vintages, this had a lot of smokey minerals on the nose and beautifully lithe dark fruits on the palate with some nice florals too. Such a great wine.
