Wednesday, October 3, 2012 - Decanted 2hrs. Ripe cherry, spice, and florals on the nose. Bright, slightly liquerish, yet fresh on the palate with the effusive florals and red berry fruitbowl typical of carbonic fermentation. Gulpable and refreshingly high-toned with a nice savory depth. Think Chauvet-influenced Beaujolais by way of Sicily.
