Bright, slightly liquerish, yet fresh on the palate with the effusive florals and red berry fruitbowl typical of carbonic fermentation. Gulpable and refreshingly high-toned with a nice savory depth. Think Chauvet-influenced Beaujolais by way of Sicily.
