Monday, July 29, 2013 - Translucent garnet-purple in glass, with black and blue-fruit aromas. Flavors are fairly straightforward, offering delicious wild cherry and cassis, with a nice background touch of Asian five-spice and some classic Franc herbality. Soft tannins and a nice medium-length finish in an easy-drinking, tasty wine. Actually paired quite well with Pad Thai.
